These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of falconhursttreehouses.com (the "Site"), operated by Falconhurst Treehouses ("Falconhurst," "we," "us," or "our").

The Site provides information about Falconhurst's treehouse, playhouse and backyard structure services, and allows visitors to request quotes or contact us. The Site itself does not process payments or sell products directly — it's informational, and any actual project, quote, price or timeline is established through direct conversation between you and Falconhurst, not through anything stated automatically on the Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe on the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by anyone else. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
  • Use any automated system to extract data from the Site without our permission
  • Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site

We try to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but it's provided for general informational purposes. Specific details about your project — feasibility, scope, timeline and cost — are determined through direct consultation and an in-person site visit, not from general statements on the Site. Nothing on the Site should be treated as a final quote, guarantee or professional assessment of your specific property until confirmed directly with us.

Submitting a quote request or contact form through the Site does not create a contract for services. Any agreement for Falconhurst to perform work is made directly between you and Falconhurst, separately from your use of the Site.

The content on the Site — including text, images and design — belongs to Falconhurst or its licensors, unless otherwise noted. You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as our Facebook page or Google Business Profile) that we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those third-party sites.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties that the Site will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted. This disclaimer applies to the website itself and does not affect any separate warranty terms that apply to work Falconhurst actually performs, which are addressed directly as part of your project agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Falconhurst is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation applies to use of the website itself and does not limit or replace any terms governing actual construction work performed by Falconhurst, which are addressed separately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
